  went here when i first moved into a neighborhood around Sears, and they were some of the most disgusting, disrespectful "arabs" that they had employed there. acted as if they were shocked that you would interrupt  their day by choosing there location out of all 234,234,234 locations.
  
  went back a few years later, assuming they had new staff, and the place wasn't that bad. the food was fresh and, as far as i could tell, the workers were concerned about their hygiene.

  The employees ask you to pay cash so they can steal. They offer discounts to you if you pay cash and pocket the money.
  
  Also they are extremely rude when ordering as if they are inconvenienced by doing their job.

  This place is trash. They are petty with the amount of food they put on ur sandwich and they look like they don't want to work there! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

  Clean an friendly is about all you can expect of a fast food joint really. This one met expectations and exceeded in customer service.
  
  This Subway was a new discovery close to where I do volunteer work on weekends. I am shocked that I've never seen it before, but it is off the road in a strip. If your looking for it the signage is great! With two entrances it is easy to access off of Mercury, or Jefferson. Plenty of parking and the lot was clean which is a great sign of not only Subway, but of the building management.
  
  Just before walking in I surveyed the sidewalk which was tidy and windows were clean. A small line at 11:30 AM on a Saturday was not a surprise. The dining room is a small floor plan, so not good for large groups.
  
  In no time I had worked my way up to the line and a woman assisted me and quickly got my sandwich ready. She was working beside an older man who I later found out was the manager. When time to wrap it up I noticed it was toasted and I specifically asked for non toasting since my son would eat several hours later. With a fast apology he quickly made the sandwich himself and threw in a cookie for our wait. Check out was efficient friendly.
  
  I ended up going back the next day and my order was correct and the same man helped me at checkout. So, with back to back strong days I feel good about elevating them to I'm a fan. I will be back soon I'm sure.

  Easily the best subway I've ever been to. Fantastic customer service and the food was perfect. Definitely gonna use this subway more often!
